TERMS OF SERVICE

All Commercial(s) will be email submitted upon completion in digital mp4 file format to the client. Allow a minimum of three weeks for video commercial to be completed from the request application date. You are allowed a one time change to any prepaid video for corrections after it is completed.

*Please Note: Not all projects take 3 weeks. Simple projects sometimes take a matter of days. It all depends on your video request.

All Commercials require a 50% initial payment to start. The residual payment is due at the end date or same as project due date.

Any missing information submitted may delay or take longer to process. Please fill out the request form completely to your best of knowledge. Please fill out all the proper fields and make your first initial payment after clicking submit.

 

Any delayed, paused, or major change request projects need to submit a new form. Refunds request must be submitted via email within two days start of the project. A 20% service fee will be retained. There are no refunds for projects in process after 3 days. On the 3rd day you may cancel but no refunds are provided after 3 days.
