PROJECT
Parties:  A contract made between Lymond Ponder (" The Freelancer), and the client ("Client") will be established after consultation and/or the form is sent.

PROCESS OF PRODUCTION

The freelancer, Lymond Ponder agrees to create a graphic deisgn ad, brochure or flier content creation used for internet, web, email, print, and or advertising campaigns.
Freelance Designer, Lymond Ponder agrees to adhere to the request submitted and/or quote specified agreed upon.
A Contract shall be established and will remain in effect until the  project is completed. Time duration of project depends on when work was requested, due date submitted, and contract details agreed upon.

SUBMITTING IMAGE FILES AND DOCUMENTS
When sending your own file and photos for use, please send high resolution photos only at 300 PPI or higher.

Please send all files via the following formats:

Freelancer will not be held liable for poor quality content provided via the client, when the content was sent at a low quality resolution.
