PROJECT
Parties: This Freelance Marketing Contract("Contract") is made between Lymond Ponder (" The Freelancer), and the client ("Client") listed on the submitted form effective the date listed on this form.

PURPOSE
This contract aims to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Freelancer will provide flier/brochure,ad digital services to the client.
 

TERMS OF SERVICE

All project(s) will be email submitted upon completion in digital format to the client. You the client are allowed to request change or alterations to all pre-visual samples. Once requested changes have been made and final rendering is complete the revised work sent to the client is considered delivered and complete.

PROCESS OF PRODUCTION

The freelancer, Lymond Ponder agrees to provide marketing services vis grpahic deisgn ad, brochure or flier content creation used for internet, web, email, print, and or advertising campaigns.
Freelance Designer, Lymond Ponder agrees to adhere to the project guidlines submitted and requested specified on this page by the client.
This Contract shall remain in effect until the  compositions are completed and accepted by the Freelancer, Lymond Ponder, or for a period of (4) months from the commencement date, whichever occurs first. The client will provide acceptance and request revisions withtin (10) business days of delivery.
 

Time duration of project depends on when work was requested and when due date of work is submitted.

PAYMENT

All projects require a 50% initial payment to start. The residual payment is due at the end date or same as project due date.

Any missing information submitted may delay or take longer to process. Please fill out the request form completely to your best of knowledge. Please fill out all the proper fields and make your first initial payment after clicking submit.

 

Any delayed, paused, or major change request projects need to submit a new form. Refunds request must be submitted via email within two days start of the project. A 20% service fee will be retained. There are no refunds for projects in process after 3 days. On the 3rd day you may cancel but no refunds are provided after 3 days.

INTELLECTUAL PEOPERTY
Intellectual Property rights are addressed to ensure clarity and protection under this contract. All deliverables, inclusing but not limited to creative content, marketing materials, and strategic plans developed by Lymond Ponder, wil remain the exclusive property of Lymond Ponder for use of the work requested upon completion and payment. The client retains no rights to reuse, distribute, or reproduce any work created under this contract without explicit permission from Lymond Ponder. This provision ensures that Lymond Ponder maintains full control and ownership over all intellectual property produced during the Freelancer's engagement.

CONTENT QUALITY
The quality of the work produced for the client will reflect the quality provided/sent by the client. Please send high resolution photos only at 300 PPI or higher. Please send all files via the following formats:   [ .doc, .png, .jpeg,  .gif, .pdf ]

Freelancer will not be held liable for quality content provided via the client, when the content was sent at a low quality resolution.

CLOSING STATEMENT
This online contract constitutes the entire agreement between Lymond Ponder and the client, superseding any prior agreements or understandings whether written or oral. Ammendments to this contract must be made in writiing(email) and signed and or record confirmed by both parties to be effective.
